Who We Are

Brad Rodakowski


With over 40 years of experience, growing up with a father in the industry. Brad is the second generation having worked his way up through the lumber yard, to being the owner of a successful company.  He is committed to creating a solid foundation for the next generation of lumber professionals.

Brad loves spending time with his family, as well as outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and adventures with his side-kick, Timber.

Lucas Rodakowski

Vice President

Currently, our Vice President and Product Specialist. Lucas earned a degree in Marketing Entrepreneurship from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). Lucas now sits on the Board of Directors to stimulate company growth and development, while coordinating the implementation of new projects.

Born and raised a true Oregonian, Lucas got married on top of Mt. Hood in 2021. He lives for snowboarding, the outdoors, and trying new experiences.

Terree Rodakowski

Sustainability Director

An undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics, as well as a 20-year career in the investment world of bond trading and portfolio management contribute to the value Terree brings to the Prime companies.

From setting up the Finance and HR departments to updating the sales office with modern technologies and management style of "people first", the ability to adapt to changing times and a growing company are passions for her.

Health and family are top priorities for Terree in her work, as well as personal life. In the activity zone, yoga, qigong, Pilates, SUP, hiking, listening to all genres of music, researching, and reading top the list.

Mark Rodakowski

Product Specialist

Mark studied Science in college, shortly after that he was presented with an opportunity to move to Oregon and check out the lumber Industry. Spent time working in a mill learning about lumber before moving into the office into sales and purchasing.

Mark grew up as an Army brat, he was born in Germany and lived all up and down the east coast. Outside of work you can find Mark camping at mountain lakes, snowboarding on Mt. hood, or at a concert with some friends.

Mike Pittenger

Product Specialist

Mike began his career as a laborer, learning machine set up, operation and maintenance, prior to becoming a millwright.  He was fortunate from that point to become a supervisor of a 5 saw chop-lines cutting Ponderosa Pine. He continued his growth and became a plant manager for the first time at the age of 27.

Mike added sales and purchasing to his wheelhouse out of necessity 25 years ago and truthfully, as a production guy for so long he fought the transition before finally seeing how well these positions fit together. He is now fortunate to be able to discuss operations in all facets of the secondary manufacturing industry.

Brian Kirwan

Product Specialist

Brian is Prime’s newest team member! Second generation lumberman with over 30 years in the industry. Brian lives in the world of Pine; sourcing Ponderosa, Eastern White, Southern Yellow, Radiata & Taeda Pine. He loves all aspects of being in the industry; from the suppliers to logistics to his customers, treating everyone with respect and attention. Brian learned long ago that “Attitude is Everything”.

When not selling lumber, Brian can be found looking for his golf ball in the tall grass. He personal world revolves around his beautiful wife and two daughters. He also loves to take his dog Tito into the mountains and to the beach. Celebrating everything with great food and everything Beaver Nation! GO BEAVERS!!

Jessica Kennedy

Product Specialist

Jessica started in the lumber industry as a stacker and grader in 2018. With hard work and an eagerness to attain knowledge in all areas of the mill, she worked her way up to Production Supervisor. In 2020, she joined Prime Forest as a Plant Manager for the cut stock facility in Springfield, Oregon. Fast forward to today, Jessica adds an element of fun to our Prime Forest Sales Team.

Jessica enjoys fair weather hiking and fishing. She spends a lot of time running and at the gym to balance her love for food. Jessica enjoys spending time with family and traveling with friends. She grew up in Eugene, Oregon.

Jeff Collins

PLANT MANAGER - Prime Forest Remanufacturing in SWEET HOME, OREGON

Jeff has been in lumber remanufacturing nearly 30 years. Working his way all the way from general labor to management. He is specialized in grading and machine set up and operation of planers, resaws, and moulders. His daily goals are to safely and efficiently produce high quality forest products for the diverse markets, while maintaining a positive work environment for the whole team. He believes everyone working collectively towards the same goal will result in continued growth and success. Jeff was born and raised in Oregon and loves the mountains and coastline. He loves spending his time with his large family and dogs. He enjoys cooking, football, camping, and spending time at the fire pit. He dreams of retiring with a food truck some day!



Tami has 28 years of experience in the wood remanufacturing industry; starting from the ground up. As a young adult she started working on the Finger Jointer, and continued to become proficient with all positions. She then moved to Lead of Receiving and Packaging. Currently Tami holds the position of Inventory Controller/Shipping. Tami is a "Dog Mom" to her two fur babies, Chow Chows Loki and Thor. She spends her free time with her family on projects, gatherings, and vacations. She likes to go antiquing with her Sister, gardening, and reading.

Timber Rodakowski

Chief Happiness Officer

Timber has the best quality control sniffer in the industry, with extensive training in detecting blue stain, pitch pockets, and moisture. Timber is the mascot keeping Prime on their toes and at the top of their game.

Timber is also constantly patrolling the office on the lookout for any stray hands that need to be delivering scratches behind his ears.

Brooke Davison

Human Resource Administrator & Logistics Support

Brooke joined prime Forest in 2020 as our Human Resources Administrator bringing her experience in retail operations and logistics to our team. She is an avid learner and is fascinated by the vastness of the lumber industry. Brooke brings her positivity, humor, and support to everyone at the Prime companies including our sales office and two remanufacturing facilities.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys being active, the outdoors, and skydiving.

Dan Paldino

Controller, CPA

Dan is the Controller for Prime Forest Products. He is responsible for accounting, reporting and ensuring that the company makes sound financial decisions every day. He started working with Prime Forest Products in January of 2019. His past experience in the forest products industry and as a Certified Public Accountant makes him a great fit for his position with the company.

Dan, his wife, and three children enjoy spending time together, participating in youth sports and are involved in other activities within the community.



After a tour through several industries including telecom, insurance, publishing, and non-profits, Wiko is excited to add the lumber industry to her jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none knowledge base. She worked for a large advertising agency in Chicago for over a dozen years before taking a break from the workforce to stay home to raise her kids. She's a real numbers nerd and spent several years building statistical models and most recently working in accounting.

Spending most of her life bouncing around the Midwest with stints in Hawaii and London, she and her husband and kids moved to Oregon in 2015. She spends any free time her three teenagers allow her to have traveling, reading, and trying to fight her addiction to baked goods.

Tami Bauer

Inventory & Trade Compliance Manager

Tami has been with Prime Forest for 9+ years and has been in the wood products industry for 40+ years. She brings valuable knowledge and positivity to everyone at Prime. Tami enjoys training the team members and supporting Brad with lumber sales. Tami's greatest titles in her life are mom and wife. Her two sons are 4th generation Oregon State University graduates which makes her very proud. Her husband runs a successful industry hoses and fittings business. They have been married for 30+ years. In Tami's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dachshund, camping, and enjoying cherished moments with her identical twin sister.

Shelley Mentzer


Shelley is our Inventory and Compliance Specialist and joined the Prime Forest team in December of 2021.  She has a background in Operations Management and Finance and was eager to join Prime after 5 years in lumber Logistics. 

Shelley brings her keen eye for detail and great organizational skills to the team.  A true NW Native, she enjoys all that Oregon has to offer such as gardening, beach trips, hiking and cooking.  On sunny weekends, you may see her on the golf course or a winery or both!

Christina Moffat

Inventory & Logistics Support

Christina joined Prime in 2023 with a background in lumber logistics. She provides inventory and logistics support. Christina has a BS in Geography from Portland State University, with an emphasis on environmental sustainability, which makes her a perfect fit for Prime Forest.

Christina feels very fortunate to have been born and raised in Portland, OR. She is family oriented, so when not at work you can find her spending time with her boyfriend and their three dogs as well as with her family and friends. Her favorite activities range from camping and exploring to spending the night in with a movie.
