With over 40 years of experience, growing up with a father in the industry. Brad is the second generation having worked his way up through the lumber yard, to being the owner of a successful company. He is committed to creating a solid foundation for the next generation of lumber professionals.
Brad loves spending time with his family, as well as outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and adventures with his side-kick, Timber.
Currently, our new Vice President and Product Specialist. Lucas earned a degree in Marketing Entrepreneurship from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). Lucas now sits on the Board of Directors to stimulate company growth and development, while coordinating the implementation of new projects.
Born and raised a true Oregonian, Lucas got married on top of Mt. Hood in 2021. He lives for snowboarding, the outdoors, and trying new experiences.

Dan is the Controller for Prime Forest Products. He is responsible for accounting, reporting and ensuring that the company makes sound financial decisions every day. He started working with Prime Forest Products in January of 2019. His past experience in the forest products industry and as a Certified Public Accountant makes him a great fit for his position with the company.
Dan, his wife, and three children enjoy spending time together, participating in youth sports and are involved in other activities within the community.
Human Resources Administrator and Logistics Support
Brookes management background in retail operations and logistics provided the perfect segue to join Prime Forest in 2020. She is an avid learner and is fascinated by the vastness of the lumber industry. She was thrilled to participate in NAWLA Wood Basics Course in 2021.
In addition to her focus on keeping product moving, Brooke brings positivity, humor, and support to the whole Prime Forest Team in her role as Human Resource Administrator.
Mark studied Science in college, shortly after that he was presented with an opportunity to move to Oregon and check out the lumber Industry. Spent time working in a mill learning about lumber before moving into the office into sales and purchasing.
Mark grew up as an Army brat, he was born in Germany and lived all up and down the east coast. Outside of work you can find Mark camping at mountain lakes, snowboarding on Mt. hood, or at a concert with some friends.
Ian specializes in creating custom programs for industrial manufacturers and wholesale distributors. Originally from Dublin, Ireland has been living in the United States since 2015. Working firstly in retail lumber in San Francisco then moving up to Oregon in 2017 to further his career in the forest products industry. Ian’s pastimes include rowing crew for Portland Boat Club, traveling and history.
Jessica started in the lumber industry as a stacker and grader over four years ago. With hard work and an eagerness to attain knowledge in all areas of the mill, she worked her way up to production supervisor and then Plant Manager. Her next goal with Prime is to excel in sales.
Jessica spends a lot of time working out so that she can indulge in fine dining and home cooked meals. She makes it a goal to do at least one challenging thing a year, the most recent was the Eugene half-marathon.
Brian is Prime’s newest team member! Second generation lumberman with over 30 years in the industry. Brian lives in the world of Pine; sourcing Ponderosa, Eastern White, Southern Yellow, Radiata & Taeda Pine. He loves all aspects of being in the industry; from the suppliers to logistics to his customers, treating everyone with respect and attention. Brian learned long ago that “Attitude is Everything”.
When not selling lumber, Brian can be found looking for his golf ball in the tall grass. He personal world revolves around his beautiful wife and two daughters. He also loves to take his dog Tito into the mountains and to the beach. Celebrating everything with great food and everything Beaver Nation! GO BEAVERS!!
Mike began his career as a laborer, learning machine set up, operation and maintenance, prior to becoming a millwright. He was fortunate from that point to become a supervisor of a 5 saw chop-lines cutting Ponderosa Pine. He continued his growth and became a plant manager for the first time at the age of 27.
Mike added sales and purchasing to his wheelhouse out of necessity 25 years ago and truthfully, as a production guy for so long he fought the transition before finally seeing how well these positions fit together. He is now fortunate to be able to discuss operations in all facets of the secondary manufacturing industry.
Tami is presently our Inventory and Trade Compliance Manager. Tami has over 35 years of experience in the wood products field. Her expertise is with FSC/PEFC compliance, processing Temporary Import Bonds, letter of credits, shipping and inventory management.
Tami is a native Oregonian, born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She is a proud mother of 2 boys who are 4th generation Oregon State University students. Her and her husband of 25+ years plan to move to Central Oregon and travel to Germany, New Zealand, and Australia once they retire.
Shelley is our Inventory and Compliance Specialist and joined the Prime Forest team in
December of 2021. She has a background in Operations Management and Finance and was
eager to join Prime after 5 years in lumber Logistics. Shelley brings her keen eye for detail and
great organizational skills to the team. A true NW Native, she enjoys all that Oregon has to offer
such as gardening, beach trips, hiking and cooking. On sunny weekends, you may see her on
the golf course or a winery or both!
Matt has 10+ years in the lumber industry working in most positions on the production level. Pulling chain, grading, knowledge and experience with equipment and machinery repair. His dream and goal is to go to school for a degree in forestry engineering.
Matt has 3 sons: Camdyn age 9, Mathias age 7, and Liam age 6. In his free time, he loves to play sand volleyball, hiking, skiing, and traveling with his wife Abby.
