With over 40 years of experience and a lifelong connection to the lumber industry, Brad proudly represents the second generation in his family’s legacy. From working his way up through the lumber yard to leading a successful company, he is dedicated to building a strong foundation for the future of lumber professionals.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending quality time with his family and embracing the great outdoors. Whether it is hunting, fishing, or exploring with his loyal sidekick, Timber, adventure is never far away.
Lucas, our Vice President and Product Specialist, brings a dynamic perspective to the team with a degree in Marketing Entrepreneurship from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). As a member of the Board of Directors, he plays a key role in driving company growth, fostering development, and leading the implementation of new projects.
Born and raised in Oregon, Lucas’s love for the outdoors runs deep. In 2021, he tied the knot atop Mt. Hood — displaying his adventurous spirit. Whether he’s snowboarding, exploring nature, or seeking out new experiences, Lucas embraces every opportunity to make lasting memories.
Mark’s journey into the lumber industry began with a background in science and a leap of faith. After an opportunity brought him to Oregon, he gained hands-on experience working in a mill, learning the ins and outs of lumber production. From there, he transitioned into sales and purchasing, where his expertise and passion continue to drive success.
Growing up as an Army brat, Mark was born in Germany and lived along the East Coast before settling in the Pacific Northwest. When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find him camping by mountain lakes, snowboarding on Mt. Hood, or enjoying live music with friends.
Mike began his career as a laborer, learning machine set up, operation, and maintenance before becoming a millwright. From there, he advanced to a supervisor role, managing a 5-saw chop-line cutting Ponderosa Pine. His dedication and growth led him to become a plant manager for the first time at the age of 27.
Mike expanded his expertise into sales and purchasing 25 years ago. As a long-time production professional, he initially resisted the transition but eventually recognized how seamlessly these roles complemented one another. Today, he is grateful for the opportunity to share his knowledge of the secondary manufacturing industry and find custom solutions for his customers.
Brian is a second-generation lumberman with over 30 years of experience, touting expertise in all things pine. He specializes in sourcing Ponderosa, Eastern White, Southern Yellow, Radiata, and Taeda Pine. He is passionate about every aspect of the industry — from working with suppliers and managing logistics to building lasting relationships with customers. With a firm belief that “Attitude is Everything,” Brian approaches every interaction with respect and dedication.
When he’s not immersed in the lumber world, you’ll likely find Brian on the golf course, often on the hunt for his ball in the tall grass. His greatest joy is spending time with his wife, two daughters and grandson along with his loyal dog, Tito. He loves exploring the mountains, relaxing at the beach, or enjoying a meal with family. And when it comes to cheering on his favorite team, Brian proudly celebrates all things Beaver Nation — Go Beavers!
Jessica’s journey in the lumber industry began in 2018 as a stacker and grader. With determination and a passion for learning, she quickly advanced to Production Supervisor. In 2020, she joined Prime Forest as the Plant Manager of the cutstock facility in Springfield, Oregon. Today, she brings her industry experience and vibrant energy to the Prime Forest sales team, making a positive impact every day.
When she’s not at work, Jessica enjoys hiking and fishing when the weather allows. To balance her love of great food, she stays active and works out. Naps are her favorite. She also cherishes spending time with family and exploring new destinations with friends. A Eugene, Oregon native, Jessica’s connection to the Pacific Northwest runs deep.
With nearly 30 years of experience in lumber remanufacturing, Jeff has worked his way from general labor to management. His expertise spans grading, machine setup, operating planers, resaws, and moulders. Every day, Jeff is dedicated to safely and efficiently producing high-quality forest products for diverse markets while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. He firmly believes that when everyone works together toward a common goal, growth and success naturally follow.
Born and raised in Oregon, Jeff has a deep appreciation for Oregon’s’ mountains and coastline. He loves spending time with his large family and dogs, enjoying activities like cooking, football, camping, and gathering around the fire pit. With a passion for great food and community, Jeff dreams of one day retiring to run his own food truck — serving up delicious meals and good times.

She began as a young adult working on the finger-jointer, mastering every position along the way. Her dedication and expertise led her to become the Lead of Receiving and Packaging. For the past 20+ years, she has excelled as the Inventory Controller and Shipping Specialist, ensuring seamless operations.
When she’s not at work, Tami is a proud dog mom to her two Chow Chows, Loki and Thor. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, tackling projects, hosting gatherings, and going on vacations. From managing accounting and reporting to making sure every financial decision is a smart one, Dan’s expertise is key to the company’s success. He joined the Prime team in January 2019, bringing years of experience in the forest products industry and the sharp skills of a Certified Public Accountant.

After a tour through several industries including telecom, insurance, publishing, and non-profits, Wiko is excited to add the lumber industry to her jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none knowledge base. She worked for a large advertising agency in Chicago for over a dozen years before taking a break from the workforce to stay home to raise her kids. She’s a real numbers nerd and spent several years building statistical models and most recently working in accounting.
Spending most of her life bouncing around the Midwest with stints in Hawaii and London, she and her husband and kids moved to Oregon in 2015. She spends any free time her three kids allow her to have traveling, reading, and trying to manage her addiction to baked goods.

With 12 years of experience in Operations Management, Brooke brings a deep understanding of team dynamics, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. Her hands-on background allows her to apply a practical and results-oriented approach to HR, helping Prime Forest Products remain a supportive and thriving place to work.
Outside of the office, Brooke loves spending time in the great outdoors with her family. From mountain biking and snowboarding to camping and enjoying board games, she is always on the move.
Tami has been a valued member of the Prime Forest team for over 10 years, bringing more than 40 years of experience in the wood products industry. Her extensive knowledge and positive attitude make her an asset to the company. Tami takes pride in mentoring team members and supporting Brad with lumber sales.
Her most cherished roles, however, are being a mom and wife. She is incredibly proud of her two sons, who are 4th-generation Oregon State University graduates. Her husband runs a successful hoses and fittings business, and together they’ve built a strong partnership over 30+ years of marriage.
In her free time, Tami loves spending time with her dachshund, camping, and making memories with her identical twin sister. Whether enjoying the outdoors or sharing moments with loved ones, she embraces life to the fullest.
