WESTERN RED CEDAR Products

Sustainability & Sourcing
Western Red Cedar is a highly sustainable building material, responsibly harvested from well-managed forests in the Pacific Northwest and Canada. Its natural resistance to decay and insects eliminates the need for chemical treatments, making it safer for people and the environment. With low embodied energy, carbon sequestration benefits, and full biodegradability, cedar supports eco-conscious construction. Locally sourced and processed, it reduces transportation emissions and supports regional economies. Its durability and long lifespan also reduce replacement frequency and waste, while certified supply chains ensure traceability and compliance with green building standards such as LEED®.
